Frequently Asked Question (FAQ)
Quick answers to your common questions about our services and delivery.
How do I order?
Add the products to your list on the website and send the list to us on WhatsApp with one tap. A pharmacist replies to confirm availability, the total and delivery, then prepares your order. You can also call or message us on +20 10 0050 9051.
Do you deliver to hotels?
Yes. We deliver to hotels and homes across Sharm El Sheikh, including Naama Bay, Nabq, Hadaba, Old Market, Sharm El Maya and Ras Um Sid. Send us your hotel name and room number with your order.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
The delivery fee depends on your area, and the time depends on where you are. The pharmacist tells you both on WhatsApp before you confirm your order.
Can I collect my order at the pharmacy?
Yes. Send us your list on WhatsApp and pick your order up at the pharmacy on El Fanar Street in Hadaba, Sharm El Sheikh. You will find us on Google Maps as Dr. Samer Pharmacy.
What are your opening hours?
We are open every day from 11:00 to 23:30.
Do your pharmacists speak English and Russian?
Yes. Our pharmacists speak English, Arabic and Russian, on WhatsApp and in the pharmacy.
How can I pay?
You can pay in cash in Egyptian pounds, US dollars or euros, by bank card, or by InstaPay or a mobile wallet. Ask the pharmacist on WhatsApp which option works best for your order.
Are the prices on the website final?
Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds. When you send your list, the pharmacist confirms availability and the total before you confirm the order.
Can I return a product?
Please see our Refund Policy page for what can be returned and how, or ask the pharmacist on WhatsApp.
Do I need a prescription?
Some medicines need a doctor's prescription. Send a photo of your prescription on WhatsApp and the pharmacist will confirm what we can provide.
I use a Russian medicine. Can you find it?
Search the website by its Russian name, for example Нурофен, and it shows the medicines we stock with the same active ingredient. You can also open our list of Russian medicines and their analogues, or ask the pharmacist on WhatsApp. Always check a replacement with the pharmacist.
