Overview
Clexane 80 mg/0.8 ml is a pre-filled syringe injection containing enoxaparin sodium, a low molecular weight heparin used in anticoagulation therapy.
Key Benefits
By inhibiting specific blood clotting factors, enoxaparin helps prevent and treat blood clots, reducing the risk of deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, and other thromboembolic conditions. It is also used to prevent clotting during hemodialysis and as adjunct therapy in unstable angina and myocardial infarction.
How to Use
Administered by subcutaneous injection, intravenous bolus, or in dialysis circuits, with dosage determined by a physician based on indication, body weight, and clinical condition. Use as directed by your pharmacist or physician.
Active Ingredients

Precautions
Must not be used in patients with active major bleeding, severe thrombocytopenia, or hypersensitivity to enoxaparin, heparin, or pork-derived products. Use only under medical supervision.
