Composition (per 1 tablet):
Amitriptyline hydrochloride – 10 mg. Excipients: lactose, starch, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
Description:
Triptizol is a tricyclic antidepressant with strong anxiolytic, sedative, and analgesic effects. It improves mood, reduces anxiety, normalizes sleep, and alleviates emotional tension. It is also used to manage chronic pain syndromes and migraines.

Increases serotonin and norepinephrine levels in the CNS.
Provides sedative and anxiolytic effects.
Improves sleep quality and overall emotional well-being.
Reduces intensity of chronic pain and migraines.

Indications for Use:
Depressive disorders of various causes.
Anxiety disorders and panic attacks.

Method of Application:
Adults: initial daily dose 25–50 mg, divided into 2–3 doses.
If necessary, the dose may be gradually increased under medical supervision.
Maximum daily dose — up to 150 mg.
Swallow tablets whole with sufficient water, regardless of meals.
Storage Conditions:
Store at +5°C…+25°C, in a dry place, protected from light and moisture.
