Composition
Hexamidine, chlorhexidine digluconate, chlorocresol.
Product Description
Cyteal is a mild foaming antiseptic solution intended for disinfection of skin and mucous membranes.
It is used in dermatology, gynecology, and surgery for bacterial and fungal infections.
It can be applied either undiluted or diluted for washing, rinsing, and vaginal douching.

Method of Application and Dosage
Dermatology: undiluted or diluted 1/10 with water, followed by rinsing.
Gynecology: undiluted or diluted 1/10 with water for vaginal douching.
Surgery: diluted 1/1 with water.
Contraindications
Do not use for eyes or ear canal.
Not for disinfection of medical equipment.
Avoid prolonged use in children or on large damaged surfaces without medical advice.
Precautions
Do not combine with other antiseptics or soap.
Do not store diluted solution.
Do not swallow.
Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding only under medical supervision.
Wash hands thoroughly after use.
Side Effects
Itching, tingling, burning, dryness of skin.
Allergic reactions: contact dermatitis, eczema, rare cases of anaphylactic shock.
Risk of systemic absorption when applied to large damaged areas.
Pregnancy and Lactation
Safety data are insufficient.
Do not apply to nipples without medical advice.
Use should be avoided without medical supervision.
Storage Conditions
Store below 25 °C, out of reach of children, protected from light.
Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the bottle.
