Overview
Enterogermina 4 Billion/5 ml is an oral suspension from Sanofi Egypt, in 10 single-dose vials, used to support intestinal microflora balance. Each vial contains live Bacillus clausii spores in purified water, a bacterium naturally found in a healthy gut.

The spores resist gastric acid and antibiotics, reaching the intestine intact and turning into active cells that help restore microflora disrupted by dysbiosis.
