Each tablet contains
Perindopril arginine - 10 mg
Amlodipine - 10 mg
Pharmacological properties
Perindopril arginine (10 mg)
Angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor (ACE)
Dilates blood vessels
Lowers blood pressure
Reduces the load on the heart
Amlodipine (10 mg)
Calcium channel blocker
Relaxes vascular smooth muscles
Reduces peripheral vascular resistance
Provides prolonged reduction in blood pressure
Indications for use
Arterial hypertension (persistent increase in pressure)
Ischemic heart disease (as part of complex therapy)
Stable angina (to reduce symptoms).
Method of administration
Usual dose: 1 tablet 1 time per day
Method of administration: orally, preferably in the morning, regardless of food intake
The tablet should be swallowed whole with a drink
