Shine Control Moisturizer Purifies, Soothes, Hydrates. A lightweight hydrating compensating treatment formulated specifically to suit combination to oily skin without leaving a shiny appearance. Directions for use:
Apply a thin layer to the face and neck twice daily. Massage gently in circular motions until the product is absorbed. Can be used as a base for makeup.
