Directions of use
As a salt bath
Dissolve approximately 2 cups of Dead Sea Salts into a warm bath and bathe for 20 minutes
Foot soak
Add a handful of Dead Sea Salt to a foot bath.
Massage for extra relief.
As a scrub massage
Mix equal parts of dead sea salt and carrier oil and gently massage your
body.
Drink a glass of water before and after your bath. Rinse thoroughly after use
