Orlistat 120 mg per capsule.
Product Description:
Quick-Slim is a weight-management medicine containing orlistat, a gastrointestinal lipase inhibitor.
It works locally in the gut to block absorption of dietary fats, thereby reducing calorie intake and supporting weight loss and maintenance when combined with a reduced-calorie diet.
Indications for Use
Weight loss in overweight and obese adults (BMI ≥ 30, or ≥ 27 with risk factors).
Long-term weight maintenance after initial weight reduction.
Use in combination with a balanced, calorie-controlled diet.
Method of Administration and Dosage
Recommended dose: one capsule (120 mg) three times daily with each main meal containing fat.
Capsules should be taken during or up to one hour after the meal.
Skip the dose if the meal contains no fat.
Treatment duration depends on clinical response and physician guidance.
Contraindications
Chronic malabsorption syndrome.
Cholestasis.
Hypersensitivity to orlistat or capsule components.
Precautions
Use only under medical supervision.
Supplement fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) if needed, as absorption may be reduced.
Monitor for gastrointestinal side effects.
Caution in patients with diabetes, kidney disease, or thyroid disorders.
