Sharkilage is a dietary supplement designed to strengthen cartilage tissue and support joint health.

Method of Administration and Dosage
Take 1–2 capsules daily after meals with plenty of water, or as directed by a physician.
Course recommendations
Typically taken in long courses, as the effect develops gradually.
Course length: 3–6 months.
Repeat courses: 1–2 times per year, depending on joint condition and physician’s advice.
The therapeutic effect usually appears no earlier than 1–2 months of regular intake.

Adverse Reactions / Side Effects
