Used since ancient times for medicinal purposes thanks to its pronounced anti‑inflammatory and antiseptic properties.
Indications for Use
Treatment of skin problems, inflammations, and rashes.
Treatment of respiratory diseases, colds, throat and airway inflammations.
Relief of muscle and joint pain, treatment of rheumatism and arthritis.
Treatment of gum inflammation, oral cavity refreshment.
Disinfection of wounds, abrasions, burns.
Recovery of the nervous system after illness and stress.
Use in saunas and steam baths to refresh air and cleanse the body.
Method of Administration and Dosage
For external use in arthritis and joint pain: apply the required amount of oil, rub in circular massage movements for 4 minutes, use daily before bedtime.
For respiratory diseases: apply a small amount of oil to chest and neck, rub gently, use daily before bedtime.
For dental and gum problems: apply 5–8 drops during tooth brushing, twice daily (morning and evening).
Contraindications
Hypertension, diabetes, pregnancy, and breastfeeding.
Precautions
Use with caution, avoid excessive application.
