Directions for use
Generally, moms should be pumping every 3 hours. Pumping more often can help stimulate breasts to produce more milk. For your first breast-pumping session, express for at least 15 minutes. Don’t worry if you don’t collect much milk at first – regular extra suction should soon stimulate your breasts to produce more milk.
Good mood is important both for breast-pumping and breastfeeding.
Make sure to massage your breast for about 1–3 minutes before you put the flanges on your breasts and begin pumping.
Choose the power mode and suction level.
You do not need to wash your breasts before you pump unless you have been using a cream, ointment, or other product on your breasts that must be removed first.
Warnings and precautions

Keep the parts of breast pump clean, wash well before and after use, to avoid baby’s intestinal infections or your breast infection.
