How to Use
Rest for 5–10 minutes before measuring, avoiding food, caffeine, smoking, or exercise beforehand. Wrap the cuff on the bare upper arm, 1–2 cm above the elbow, keeping the arm at heart level. Sit upright with feet flat, press Start, and remain still until the measurement completes. Record the reading and remove the cuff carefully.
Precautions
Do not use on infants, on an injured arm, or over an intravenous site. Avoid use near strong electromagnetic sources. Powered by 2 AAA batteries, with an optional AC adapter.
Storage
