Overview
Panadol Cold and Flu Day is a combination tablet from GlaxoSmithKline for the everyday symptoms of colds, flu, and ARVI. One tablet combines paracetamol, caffeine, and phenylephrine to ease fever, aches, and a blocked nose at the same time.

How to Use
Adults: 1-2 tablets up to four times a day, not exceeding 8 tablets in 24 hours. Avoid combining with tricyclic antidepressants, MAO inhibitors, or beta-blockers. Not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or for children under 6. Use as directed by your pharmacist.
